1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

8 Account Suspension and Closure

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any PKR balance held at the time of suspension will be preserved during the review period. If a breach is confirmed, 2 j bet reserves the right to void associated winnings and return only the original deposited amount where this is appropriate and verifiable.

You may also choose to close your own account at any time by contacting the support team. Any real-money PKR balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method following standard verification checks, provided no outstanding bonus wagering requirements are attached to the balance.

9 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive when there has been no login, bet placement, deposit, withdrawal or casino game activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Prior to classifying an account as inactive, 2 j bet will attempt to notify the account holder using the contact details registered on the account.

Once an account is classified as inactive, a small monthly maintenance fee may be deducted from any remaining PKR balance to cover administrative costs, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Reactivating an account is straightforward — simply log in and the account returns to active status, at which point no further maintenance fees are applied.

10 Intellectual Property
